Founded by fermentalist Freya after discovering kombucha while studying in Shanghai, Fix8 blends ancient fermentation traditions with modern science. Using only four natural ingredients — tea, water, sugar, and SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) — every batch is fermented to produce good bacteria, organic acids, enzymes, and B vitamins.
