Medium Chain Triglycerides, (MCT) (from coconut oil), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7 in olive oil), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from plant source in MCT Oil, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols [vitamin E]), Natural Peppermint Flavour (Mentha piperita).

Directions for use

Shake well before use. Spray 3 times once daily into the mouth, ideally on the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

First use: Press the pump 3 - 4 times to get the liquid flowing.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other Vitamin D supplements, or using anticoagulant medications. Excessive intake may cause adverse effects.
