VITAMIN C: 100% Organic Amla (Emblica officinalis) Extract (100:1)

Directions for use

BODY BIOTICS: Take capsules 30 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water.
Begin by taking 1 capsule daily and increase each week with 1 capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken everyday.
Build up to 6 a day if required, or as professionally directed. For ongoing maintenance 2-3 capsules daily is suitable.

Caution: Do not take capsules with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.

VITAMIN C: Adult take 1 capsule once or twice daily with water, preferably half an hour before meals.
