Directions for use

SLEEP DROPS: Shake well before use. Before bed, use the dropper to place a dose (50mg) under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds.

BATH & BODY OIL: Add 4 dashes into a running bath. Ease any residual muscle tension by massaging the oil into damp or dry skin after a shower or bath.
